GRS Has Always Prioritised the Rakyat
Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) has proven to be a strong, reliable and people-first government. It has never failed in its mandate. The track record speaks for itself. Most notably, the GRS-led government has increased the state's revenue – from RM4 billion to more than RM7 billion – in just 4 years of its tenure. It has initiated 400 initiatives under the Hala Tuju Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) development plan and from this total, 94 per cent of the programs has already been successfully implemented.
The significant programs include RM1.49 billion for 336,076 welfare aid recipients over the last four years; RM385.5 million for 100,000 poor and hardcore poor groups in 2025; and RM488.5 million for poverty eradication programmes, also in 2025; RM1.33 billion for the development of human capital / education which include scholarship increment from RM50 million to RM138 million in 2025. In addition, Hajiji and the GRS government has introduced the Blue Economy; and paved the way for state's greater participation following the signing of the Commercial Collaboration Agreement (CCA) with Petronas, to create new wealth and generate even more revenue for Sabah from energy investment and from the oil and gas sector respectively.

The Opposition Parti Warisan Sabah is unable to attack GRS’ strong performance and so its leaders attacked Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor’s government for things that it (Parti Warisan Sabah) either underperformed or failed to deliver during its short-lived tenure. Hajiji said: "The opposition only knows how to spread slander and lies and especially, the two-and-a-half-year government," referring obviously to Parti Warisan Sabah. Hajiji was speaking at the “SMJ Community Engagement Programme with the Chief Minister” on 24 August 2025 at Kampung Pantai Emas, Kota Belud, where he also presented land grants (Sabah Native Land Surveying Programme or PANTAS) to 10 recipients who represented 502 villagers; welfare aids; keys to recipients of Rumah Mesra SMJ; and contributions to the 66 schools in the district.
Parti Warisan had been talking as though they were the ones who initiated the PANTAS program. The fact is that the land program has been implemented long before Parti Warisan appeared. Hajiji, who is chairman of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah, said that the people of Kota Belud deserved to know the truth.
