GRS’ election manifesto has – and always will be - Sabah First, Sabah Forward, Sabah Prosper, and Sabah United. The coalition has dedicated its reign to justice and fairness. Its fight for Sabahans will continue when the people give it a fresh mandate in the state elections in November 2025. “GRS has proven its capability to govern the State effectively over the past five years. We have succeeded in bringing progress through various initiatives,”.

Chief Minister and GRS Chairman Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor said during a meet-the-people session on 19 November 2025 in Beaufort, “We have helped the people regardless of race or religion. GRS is genuinely committed to the development of Sabah. We look forward to continuing our plans.” The GRS-led Government has successfully rebuilt Sabah's economy following the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 / 2021, through the Hala Tuju Sabah Maju Jaya initiative. “When we return to government in November 2025, we will consider giving monthly financial assistance to all eligible seniors aged 60 and older,” Hajiji added.

“While we focus on significant investment initiatives and projects, we also take care of the people’s welfare.” For the past five years, the number of welfare recipients has increased from 30,000 to 70,000, each receiving up to RM300 monthly in financial aid. In 2025, 100,000 heads of households will receive the cash assistance. The residents in Sipitang and surrounding areas, such as Lumadan and Klias, have benefitted from the economic spillovers from the expanding Sabah Oil and Gas Industrial Park (SOGIP) development in Sipitang and they will continue to enjoy the economic growth from the oil and gas industry. “We have executed numerous commercial agreements with private companies for them to establish their operations, and SOGIP is now fully occupied,” Hajiji said.

GRS candidates for the elections were in attendance at the event in Beaufort including Datuk Isnin Aliasnih (Klias), and Datuk Ruslan Muharam (Lumadan). Datuk Matbali Musa, Sipitang MP and Datuk Azizah Dun, GRS Wanita Chief, were also present. Hajiji said that GRS will continue development initiatives and introducing new ones for the people when it receives a renewed mandate in the November 2025 elections.
