TYT and CM Join Thousands In Sabah Day Celebration

Head of State Tun Musa Aman and Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor joined thousands of Sabahans in the colourful Sabah Day celebrations on 31 August 2026 at Dataran Bandaraya, Kota Kinabalu.

After Head of State’s proclamation speech and the flag hoisting ceremony, the event started with a variety of performances including a laser light show, choir singing by the Male-Efficient group, performances by local artists, special montage and performance of the state anthem, Sabah Tanah Airku.
